This is the Great looking and Great sounding  Avatar ® G212H Traditional Custom  Guitar amplifier speaker cabinet which is the same cab as the specials cabs except they are for when guys have custom needs that the special cabs don't cover. For Example if you need a 4 ohm or a 16 ohm cab instead of the standard 8 ohm specials or if you want a color combo or speaker combo that is not on the 'specials' list. Then, you can pay a little more and we will make one custom just for you.  The G212H Custom cab is easy and portable and goes great with combo amps, heads and rack systems.  Check out the Celestion specs, descriptions and sound samples to help you decide which are the best speakers for your personal requirements.  The best is the G212H cab with two Celestion Alnico 50watt  GOLDS or 15 watt BLUES.  One Alnico Blue and one G12H30 is also very sweet sounding.  Both of those two cabs are favorites with guys with high end tube amps.  Lately, the popular thing in many of the tone chat rooms, has been to do combos of speakers...and the most popular is to have one Celestion G12H30 Anniversary and one Celestion Vintage30...which is  the best of both tone worlds...please see the G212H SPECIAL page because we may have some there the way you want it...for less money because they are made in advance and ready to ship.

.   You are welcome to do any combo of speakers. The tone distinction between open/closed back is that you get a more focused tone and more bottom end in a closed back cab where an open back cab lets the mids and highs from the back of the speaker cones out into the  room giving more of a larger spatial quality.  The cab is constructed of high quality  18mm  voidless 13 PLY Baltic Birch plywood. The cab is built with rabbett and dado interlocking side joints for extreme strength.  It is available with either a Vintage Wheat fabric grill, Deluxe Vintage Fender cloth grill, Oxblood grill, Black fabric grill,Black/Silver basket weave cloth, Black/Gold basketweave cloth or Black Metal grill. All guitar cab grills are secured by screws, not cheap velcro. It has two 1/4 inch in/out jacks (for daisy chaining with another speaker cab) mounted on the steel input panel. Available in ONE of the following configurations: 4 ohm mono, 8 ohm mono, 16 ohm mono, 8 ohm stereo, and 16 ohm stereo. It  has protective nickel corners and large recessed steel bar handles. The dimensions are 21" H x 28.5" W x 12 " D. Weight is approximately 45-55 lbs depending on speakers. One year limited warranty. Custom cabs are not sold on a trial basis and are not returnable.

The G210H is now available in black tolex only with same choices of grille colors as on the G212H cabinets. It is the same enclosure but loaded with dual Celestion G10 Vintage 10 inch 60 watt guitar speakers. Choice of open or closed back, choice of 4 ohm cab , 8 ohm cab or 16 ohm cab.   SUMMARY

The construction of the G212H special cabs, G212H custom cabs and the G212H Premier cabs are all identical. The extra cost for the custom cab is because those are made one per order where the specials are made up in advance 100 cabs at a time.

 The Premier  is a custom cab with even more cosmetic features such as... piping around the grill, , upgraded jacks and wire, cursive white logo. So in a nut shell, ...the specials are typically 309 made in advance,  a custom variation is 339 and a custom Premier deluxe version with piping and fancy logo  is 369    Please  Email if you need more info
